Analysis of the Interference of Straight Conjugate Internal Gear Pair based on Matlab

分析了直线共轭内啮合齿轮副在啮合过程中存在的干涉问题,特别是对旋轮线干涉、径向干涉以及过渡曲线干涉进行了详细的分析,推导了这三种干涉的校验公式,并运用Matlab编程计算了不同齿轮参数可能产生的干涉校验问题,为直线共轭内啮合齿轮副的参数设计提供了理论依据。

The interference problem in the process of meshing by straight--conjugate internal gear pair is analyzed, especially discussed in detail about profile overlap interference, radial direction interfer- ence and transition curve interference. The checking formulas about these three interferences are de duced and the interference from different gear parameters are calculated by Matlab programming. The theory basis for the parameters design of straight conjugated internal gear pair is provided.
