摘要
速比配置是影响汽车动力性和燃油经济性的关键因素。以CX31自动变速器的行星齿轮变速机构为研究对象,基于等比级数阶法,对其速比配置进行深入分析。在保证变速器结构尺寸和速比配置大致不变的条件下,对比分析了三排单级式行星变速机构的速比配置及其可行性。为自主设计重型车辆自动变速器提供了一种新的思路和理论依据。
The speed ratio distribution is the key factor of affecting dynamical capability and fuel economy. Taking the planetary gear shift mechanism of CX31 as study object, based on the method of geometric series order, the speed ratio distribution is analyzed deeply. Keep the structural dimension of the AT and speed ratio distribution the same, the speed ratio distribution and the possibility of the three rows single stage planetary sets are studied and analyzed. A novel idea and theory basis for inde- pendent design of heavy truck is provided.
