摘要
齿轮传动技术在汽车、工程机械与航空航天等行业中得到了广泛的应用。但是,齿轮在传动过程中,啮合齿面之间的相对滑动摩擦会产生大量的热,不仅会降低传动效率,而且局部高温会导致过大的局部热变形和热应力,进而造成轮齿的胶合和点蚀等失效。结合齿轮热分析方面的国内外研究进展,从齿轮传动热分析的理论计算、数值分析与试验三个方面进行了综述,指出了齿轮传动热分析研究的重点。
Gear drive technology is widely applied in the automotive, construction machinery and aviation industry. However, during the transmission of the gear in meshing, a lot of heat will be gen- erated due to the relative sliding friction between two tooth surfaces, which will not only reduce the transmission efficiency, but also can cause local thermal deformation and thermal stress due to local high temperature, and then causes the scuffing and pitting of gear. Combining the present progresses of gear thermal analysis, the theoretical calculations, numerical analysis and test of thermal analysis are summarized, and the emphasis of gear thermal analysis is points out.
