一种新型可调谐光阈值器件 被引量:2

摘要 提出一种基于超连续谱(SC)的新型可调谐非线性光阈值器件,通过调谐光带通滤波器(OTF)改变阈值器件特性。实验中,高非线性光纤(HNLF)输入光功率为21.0dBm时,测得滤波器中心波长一定时的最佳20dB带宽为12~18nm,滤波器带宽固定时的最佳中心波长为1 576nm。 In the optical communication system,the nonlinear optical thresholding device is an effective way to estimate the noise and enhance the performance of system.The supercontinuum(SC)-based optical threshold device has a simple structure and stable performance.For different application requirements and optical communication systems,we propose a novel tunable optical thresholding device that changes its thresholding performance by tuning the filter.In the experiment,when the optical signal power is21.0dBm which is injected to the highly nonlinear fiber(HNLF),we can get the best 20dB bandwidth of 12~18nm for a fixed central wavelength,and the best central wavelength of 1 576nm for a fixed bandwidth.
