精神障碍诊断量表对反复发作躁狂症的现场测试

DSMD and its Use in Field Trial of Recurrent Mania

目的 :探讨精神障碍诊断量表 (DSMD)对 5 4例反复发作躁狂症患者的现场测试情况。 方法 :扼要比较DSMD与SCAN量表 ,选取符合CCMD -2R诊断标准的反复发作躁狂症患者 ,并应用DSMD进行测试。 结果 :DSMD能满足CCMD -2R多数精神障碍包括反复发作躁狂症的诊断需要 ,反复发作躁狂症有其本身的临床特点。 结论 :DSMD及其 7轴诊断适用于精神障碍患者的临床和科研诊断工作 ,它能使有关医生全面掌握和量化分析患者的临床状况。CCMD— 3仍有必要保留反复发作躁狂症的诊断。

Objective: To explore the clinical feature of patients with recurrent mania and the suitability of DSMD (Diagnostic Scale for Mental Disorders) Method: The author compared DSMD with SCAN, and conducted the field trial of DSMD in 54 patients with recurrent mania (fit for the diagnostic criteria of mania in CCMD-2-R) from 16 mental hospitals in China Result: The seven axial diagnostic system of DSMD was suitable for recurrent mania The clinical features could be well reflected Conclusion: DSMD is useful in diagnose of mania, especially recurrent mania $$$$
