摘要
利用Micaps常规实况图、欧洲数值预报产品,应用天气分析和诊断分析方法对青海省海南地区2013年11月22~24日大风强降温天气过程进行分析.结果表明:乌拉尔山脊发展,脊前偏北气流使巴湖低槽后部冷平流加强并引导巴湖低槽东移南压,造成此次大风强降温天气过程.造成此次天气过程降温的原因是较强的温度平流和非绝热因子的作用.强冷温度平流是此次天气过程气温骤降的主要原因,其次是非绝热因子通过辐射造成不同程度的降温.形成大风的原因是地面正负3h变压差达到6.8 hPa,有利于产生变压风,高空风的动量下传加上强锋区南下导致海南地区各站陆续出现大风.
Using the conventional Micaps live diagram, the numerical forecast products, application of weather analysis and diagnosis analysis method to analyze the cold wave weather process at 22-24 November, 2013. Analysis shows that: the development of Ural ridge, ridge of northerly flow make Palestinian Lake trough rear cold advection strengthen and guide bar lake trough eastwards and southwards, caused by the cold wave weather process. Strong cold temperature advection is the main reason for the sudden drop in temperature weather process, followed by non adiabatic factor by weather phenomenon, caused by different levels of radiation coohng. The reason is caused by the ground the positive and negative 3 h pressure reaches 6.8 hPa, to produce the isallobaric wind, momentum high-altitude winds down with strong frontal zone south of the station in Hainan area has strong winds.
