基于空间开发适宜性评价的建设用地扩展配置研究 被引量:4

摘要 土地利用变化直接影响到社会经济的可持续发展,建设用地作为经济发展的重要载体,建设用地扩展是未来中国土地利用变化的主要特征。本研究结合主体功能区开发战略,运用GIS中栅格数据的空间分析方法,建立开发约束-潜力评价指标体系,由互斥矩阵法进行对冀东山地丘陵区卢龙县空间开发适宜性评价分区。在空间开发适宜性框架下,根据目标年建设用地预测量,运用不同主体功能区开发战略下DUHP优先度组合模式不同,进行建设用地扩展数量和空间位置的确定,开发潜力较高,开发约束适中的地区主要集中在县域西南部,2020年建设用地占全县的31.39%,与2009年相比有小幅增加。开发潜力较高,开发约束较低的区域集中在县域东南部,2020年建设用地占全县的11%,与2009年相比有显著增加。开发潜力适中,开发约束适中的区域主要集中在县域中部,2020年建设用地占全县的41.99%,与2009年基本持平。开发潜力较低,开发约束较高的区域集中在县域东北部,2020年建设用地占全县的16.75%,低于2009年。通过空间开发适宜性评价分区为卢龙县建设用地合理扩展提出调控方法。 Land use change affects the sustainable development of social economy directly, and construction land, as an important carrier of economic development, will be the main character of land use change in the future in China. This study, combining major functional regional development strategy and applying spatial analysis method of raster data in GIS, builds up development-constraint and potential evaluation index system, at the same time evaluates and regionalizes the spatial development sustainability in Jidong hilly area Lulong County using murex matrix method. Under the framework of spatial development suitability, according to the predicted amount of construction land in the targeted year, this paper, applying the different combination modes of DUHP priority under the strategy of major functional regional development, determines the number and spatial location of construction land. And, areas with relative high developing potential and moderate constraint mainly concentrate in the southwest of the county, its construction land accounting for 31.39%of the county land in 2020, adding up a little compared with 2009. Areas with relative high developing potential and low constraint mainly concentrate in the southeast of the county, its construction land accounting for 11% of the county land in 2020, with an extraordinary increase compared with 2009. Areas with moderate developing potential and moderate constraint mainly concentrate in the central part of the county, its construction land accounting for 41.99%of the county land in 2020, without increase and decrease compared with 2009. Areas with low developing potential and relative high constraint mainly concentrate in the south of the county, its construction land accounting for 16.75% of the county land in 2020, lower than its amount in 2009. This study proposes regulation method for construction land by evaluating and regionalizing spatial development sustainability in Lulong County.
