摘要 目的:探讨雌性大鼠动情周期牙周组织中破骨细胞分化因子(ODF)与白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的表达的节律性。方法:将48只9周龄雌性SD大鼠按动情周期不同阶段进行处死,免疫组化SP法检测不同动情周期磨牙牙周组织中ODF、IL-6表达变化情况。结果:大鼠动情周期不同阶段破骨因子ODF和IL-6均呈现规律性的波动,动情前期均呈现弱阳性,动情期均呈现强阳性,动情期与动情前期比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。动情后期和动情间期介于二者之间,两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:雌性大鼠牙槽骨破骨活动为动情期最活跃、动情前期最低下。这说明雌激素可能抑制破骨细胞的分化,从而一定程度的阻碍正畸牙移动的速率。这为临床女性患者选择正畸加力时期提供了理论基础。 Objective: To explore the expressional rhythm of ODF and IL-6 during estrous cycle in female rat periodontium. Methods: Forty eight female rats of nine weeks old were sacrified at four different stages of estrous cycle by cardio-perfusion. The expression of ODF and IL-6 in periodontium were analyzed by immunohi- stochemical technique. Flesults: The expression of ODF and IL-6 were strong positive in estrus and weak positive in proestrus (P 〈 0.05) Conclusions: The osteoclast activity of female rat periodontium is higest in estrus (the serum estradiol at lowest level) and lowest in proestrus (the serum estradiol at highest level). It proves that the estradiol may inhibit the differentiation of osteoclast, therefere, to certain degree reducing the orthodontic tooth movement. It provides a theoretic basis for the selection of orthodonic force application time according to estrous cycle in female patients.
