摘要
目的:探讨并建立颈动脉血栓模型。方法:采用FeCl3致颈动脉损伤,造成血栓形成,激光多普勒记录血栓形成曲线,HE染色观察血栓形态。结果:10%FeCl3损伤后,约137~366S形成稳定血栓。结论:利用此方法所造颈动脉血栓模型操作简单,成功率高,适用于抗血栓药物筛选。
Objective: To establish a model of carotid artery thrombosis. Methods: The application of FeCI3 injured the carotid artery, which induced the thrombosis. The thrombosis curve was recorded by laser-doppler, and its morphological changer were observed by HE staining. Results: The thrombus was formed 137-366 seconds after the carotid artery was injured by 10% FeCl3. Conclusion: The method is simple and easy,which is suitable for the screening of antithrombotic agents.
