摘要
目的：用离子色谱法测定替硝唑片中亚硝酸根的含量。方法：采用IonpacAS11-HC型分离柱（4mm×250mm）；淋冼液：氢氧化钾溶液（20mmoL／L）；电导检测法。结果：亚硝酸根进样量在0．001-0．05μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为99．6％。结论：本方法简便、准确、快速，适用于替硝唑片中亚硝酸根的含量测定。
objective： To determine the content of nitrite in Tinidazole tablets by ion chromatography. Methods： IonpacμA511-HC column （4 mm × 250 mm） was used;with KOH solution （20 retool/L） as eluent,the conductance was detected. Results： It showed a good linearity when the sample of nitrite within the range of 0.001 - 0.05 μg; the average recovery was 99.6%. Conclusion： The methed is accurate and fast,which can be used for the content determination of nitrite in Tinidazole tablets.
