门诊系统健康教育在高危妊娠管理中的作用

The role of systematic health education in management of high-risk pregnancy

目的:探讨在高危妊娠管理中门诊系统健康教育的重要性。方法:比较实施以孕妇学校培训和个体化健康教育相结合的系统健康教育与常规产前检查及健康教育对2组高危妊娠管理的影响及孕产妇满意度。结果:高危妊娠的不良结局发生率明显减少,两组新生儿窒息发生率比较有较大差别,观察组明显低于对照组(χ2=3.431,P<0.05)。观察组重度高危例数明显下降(χ2=4.27,P<0.05)。孕产妇满意度提高,医患纠纷明显降低。结论:在产科门诊开展系统的健康教育,是加强高危妊娠管理的重要措施,是减少高危妊娠不良结局,提高产科质量的重要保障。

Objective： To explore the role of systematic health education in the management of high-risky pregnancy. Methods： The impact of systematic health education （that is, the fulmilment of pregnant school training combined individualized health education） on management of high-risk pregnancy and maternity satisfaction was compared with that of regular prenatal care and health education.Results： Adverse effects of high-risk pregnancy were significantly reduced, incidence of neonatal asphyxia was significantly decreased and degree of maternity satisfaction was raised. Cases of medical tangles were also significantly reduced. Conclusion： The fulfilment of systematic health education at the department of obstetrics and gynecology is important for the strengthening of management and the reducing of adverse effects of high-risky pregnancy .
