超速激活延迟整流钾电流与心房颤动 被引量:1

摘要 超速激活延迟整流钾电流(IKur)是一种在人心房肌细胞特异性表达,而心室肌不表达(或低表达)的离子通道。(IKur)参与心房复极的Ⅰ相和Ⅱ相,通过影响心房肌细胞动作电位时程(action potential duration,APD)和有效不应期(effectivere—ffactoryperiod,E1KP)而影响心房的正常节律和频率,它的电活动异常与心房颤动(简称房颤,atrial fibrillation,AF)的发生和维持有着密切关系。近年来,对(IKur)的分子结构、功能研究有了一定进展,但关于(IKur)在房颤电重构中的作用机制、参与的分子、信号途径等方面研究仍比较缺乏,因此(IKur)与房颤的关系研究仍是研究热点。
