CCMD-2-R诊断标准的人格障碍检测工具的编制及其信度效度检验——人格障碍检测工具系列研究Ⅲ

The Reliability and Validity of CCMD-2-R Instruments for Assessing Personality Disorders

目的 :编制CCMD -2 -R诊断标准的人格障碍筛查工具 (PersonalityDisorderQuestionairforCCMD -2 -R ,PDQC)和临床半定式检测工具 (StructuredClinicalInterviewforCCMD -2 -RPersonalityDisorders ,SCICP)。 方法 :依据CCMD -2 -R人格障碍诊断标准、以自评问卷和半定式检测工具为特点 ,以人格障碍检测工具系列研究Ⅰ、Ⅱ中筛选出的信度、效度较好的IPDE (国际人格障碍检查 )中文修订版本作为参考资料 ,编制符合中国人传统和口语习惯的人格障碍自评问卷及其半定式检测工具 ,经初试项目筛选、专家逻辑分析评阅指正后 ,在 10 0 8例较大样本 (175例缓解期精神分裂症患者 ;183例病情稳定的神经症患者 ;15 4例缓解期情感性精神障碍患者 ;15 7例海洛因成瘾者 ;174例刑事罪犯以及 16 5例正常对照 )中检测并进行信度、效度检验。 结果 :PDQC、SCICP信度、效度符合心理测量学要求 ,且较IPDE中文版本更为完善。 结论 :PDQC和SCICP具有真实性和可靠性。

Objective: To develop Personality Disorder Questionnaire for CCMD-2-R (PDQC) and Structured Clinical Interview for CCMD-2-R Personality disorder (SCICP) Method: Using the reference material (items had better reliability and validity in IPDE), PDQC and SCICP were made by the diagnostic criteria for personality disorders in CCMD-2-R, words suitable to Chinese People, fit for characteristic of self-questionnaire and semi-structured interview respectively The total sample included 1008 subjects, 175 patients with psychosis in remission, 183 patients with neurosis in stable state, 154 with affective disorders in remission, 157 heroin addicts, 174 criminals and 165 normal control They were evaluated by PDQC and SCICP Result: It was found that the reliability and validity of PDQC and SCICP were better than those of IPDE Conclusion: PDQC and SCICP are suitable instruments for diagnosis of personality disorders of Chinese
