大型改扩建矿井通风系统优化

摘要 为了更好的解决大型改扩建矿井通风系统优化过程中出现的问题,如通风线路长、网路供风能力不足等。以漳村煤矿西扩区通风系统优化为工程背景,提出了三种优化方案,并通过科学预测及经济技术指标对比得出最优方案,同时将最优方案应用于工程实践,对该矿西扩区通风系统进行了系统的优化分析研究。研究结果表明,西风机和新风机主扇运行良好,风压分别为1870、2340Pa,风量为别为5468、11595m3/min,均处于合理工况区,符合相关规定;各用风地点通风阻力分布较为合理,风速均不超标,再次验证了方案二为最佳通风系统优化方案。 In order to better solve large-scale renovation and expansion ot the mlne venmanon system Ourlng optimization prnnlems, SUCh as ventilation long lines, insufficient network capacity for wind. Expansion to the West Mine area Zhangcun optimized ventilation system engineering background, proposed three optimization program, and draw the best solution by comparing predicted scientific and economic indieatots, while the optimal solution used in engineering practice, the West mine expanding area ventilation system were analyzed to optimize the system. The results shnw that the new westerly wind turbine maker and main fan is running well, pressure were 1870,2340 Pa, air flow is not as 5468,11595 m3/min, are in reasonable condition area, in line with relevant regulations; various locations with wind resistanee distribution of ventilation more reasonable and not excessive wind, has once again proven program two best ventilation system optimization.
