脾动脉结扎术对门脉高压大鼠超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响

摘要 目的:探讨门脉高压症(PHT)时超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与脾动脉结扎术(SAL)间的关系,为应用脾动脉结扎术治疗门脉高压症提供理论依据。方法:通过门脉高压症大鼠模型,我们动态观测血清中超氧化物歧化酶含量变化。结果:模型组大鼠静脉血清中超氧化物歧化酶含量升高显著,脾动脉结扎组在术后2周、4周时明显降低。结论:脾动脉结扎术术后能改善脾脏功能,脾脏抗氧化损伤能力增强。我们建议在治疗门脉高压症时,保留脾脏,方法为脾动脉结扎术。 Objective: To explore the relation of splenic artery ligation (SAL) on superoxide dismutase (SOD) of cirrhotic portal hypertension (PHT) and to provide a persuasive theoretical data by using SAL therapy on PHT. Methods: Through PHT model in rats, we dynamically observed the changes in the SOD level in venous plasma. Results: SOD level in venous plasma in model control group was significantly elevated, and in SAL group at 2 and 4 weeks after operation was apparently lowered.Conclusion: This experiment indicate that SAL can improve splenic function and the obility to against injuries by oxidizing. When PHT, we suggest that spleen should be keeped and SAL therapy should be used to treat PHT.
