多层螺旋CT血管成像及后处理技术在主动脉夹层中的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)及后处理技术在主动脉夹层中的诊断价值。方法 7例主动脉夹层患者行薄层容积扫描,应用多种后处理技术对其进行处理成像。结果各种处理方法均可显示主动脉夹层及真假腔,但以多平面重建(MPR)和容积重建(VR)显示最佳,MPR可清晰显示内膜片形态、腔内血栓,管壁钙化移位及夹层累计范围和破裂口,VR立体显示主动脉及其分支血管关系以及螺旋状的内膜。结论 MSCTA对主动脉夹层具有明确的诊断价值,后处理技术MPR和VR为首选方法。 Objective To explore the applicable value of multislice CT angiography and postprocessing techniques in the diagnosis of aortic dissection. Methods Enhanced volume scan was performed in 6 cases with aortic dissection , using various postprocessing techniques. Results There were aortic dissection in all cases,and true and false cavity were showed by all postprocessings, especially multi-planar reconstruction(MPR) and volume rendering(VR), MPR clearly showed intima flap, mural thrombus and calcification,the location of intimal rupture. VR demonstrated the extension of the involved aorta and its branches,and the trace of spiral intermembrance of the aortic dissection. Conclusion MSCTA is of positive applicable value to the diagnosis of airtic dissection. MPR and VR are the first choice for postprocessing techniques.
