摘要
目的:通过对氧化还原滴定法中电极电位的计算公式的推导,提高测量的准确度。方法:据Nernst--Peters方程,推导出氧化还原滴定法计量点时电极电位计算公式,指出了不同条件下的应用范围,并以全铁含量的测定予以说明。结果:不同条件下运用不同公式,避免在教学和实际测定工作中出现错误。结论:通过讨论公式的使用范畴,可以运用氧化还原滴定法更加准确地测定人发中或血液中的全铁含量。
Objective: By deducing compute for solving electrode potential of gauging point in the exidimetric and reductometric titration method, raise accuracy of measurement. Method: According to Nernst-Peters equation deduces compute formula for solving electrode potential of gauging point in the oxidimetric and reductometric titration method, points out applicable range on different condition and illustrated by measurement of proportion to iron. Result: Use different formula on different condition avoid appearing error in the course of teaching or actual measurement. Conclusion: By discussing use range of formula using the oxidimetric and reductometric titration method can more accurately measure the proportion to iron in the hair or blood.
