摘要
为从系统工作环境的角度分析条件因素对系统可靠性的影响,找出适合系统运行的环境条件,基于已有空间故障树的定义,提出空间故障树的径集域与割集域的定义。从关注于基本事件的组合转移到关注于系统运行条件的组合,进而达到从工作环境角度定义系统的故障情况和可靠性。以某电气系统为例,考虑使用时间t和使用温度c等2个因素,构建单一基本事件和系统的径集域、割集域和域边界。结果表明:研究区域可划分为径集域、割集域和域边界。实施合理的更换方案后的系统径集域不断扩大,割集域不断减小,所以可根据径集域占整个区域的比例判断更换方案的优劣程度。
In order to analyze influences of work environment factors on reliability of a given system, and find out an appropriate running environment for the system, definitions of both size set domain and cut set domain were provided for multi-dimensional space fault tree. The definitions meant a change from focusing on combination of basic events to focusing on combination of system operating conditions, thus both system fault condition and reliability were defined from the perspective of work environment. The authors took a certain electrical system as research object, considering two factors of using time t and using temperature c, and building the size set domain, cut set domain and domain boundary of both a single one basic event and system. Research shows that study area can be divided into a size set domain, a cut set domain and a domain boundary, and that size set domain is growing and cut set domain is reduced after implementing a sound replacement plan, so its soundness can be judged according to the ratio of the size set domain to the whole research domain.
