安徽省农村中学体育教师师资现状的调查与分析——以“国培计划”的体育教师为例

Actuality of physical education teachers in rural middle school of Anhui province——An investigation into students of“National Training Plan”

通过对参加"国培计划"的学员进行调研,了解安徽省农村中学体育教师师资队伍的现状。结果表明安徽省农村中学体育教师性别比例不合理,年龄、学历、职称结构符合基本要求,教师的工作量安排总体合理,但个体差距加大;体育教师对自己的职业评价一般,不满意的问题集中在教师待遇和社会地位两个方面。建议采取措施缩小体育教师性别比例差距;提高体育教师的职业认同感和职业自豪感;通过不同途径的学习和培训来提高农村中学体育教师的整体素质。

An investigation on students of “National training plan” in Anhui Province was carried out to know the actuality of physical education teachers in rural middle school of Anhui Province. Results showed that the gender proportion of the subjects is unbalanced and that the age, academic qualification, professional title of the staff conform to the demand of society. Besides, the teachers’ workload is reasonable in collectivity but individual disparity is significant. The physical education teachers give their vo-cation a mediocre evaluation and the discontent focuses on the treatment and social status. It was suggested that the unbalanced gen-der proportion of physical education teachers should be ameliorated, the vocational evaluation should be improved, and the advanced study and training should be conducted to enhance the occupational quality of physical education teacher.
