In recent years, the construction of excellent courses has made a great achievement; however, there are a few problems of how to transform these excellent courses to networking resources and share them. The article starts the context and purpose of excellent courses, and then gives a detailed introduction of the meaning of the construction of excellent courses. In addition, it analyses the current problems of the construction of excellent courses. Finally, it gives recommendations of how to build networked resources of excellent courses in universities.
