肾细胞癌CD44V6、nm23-H1、PCNA、bcl-2的表达及其意义

Expression of CD44V6、nm23-H1、PCNA、bcl-2 and Their Implication in Human Renal Cell Carcinoma

目的 研究肾细胞癌组织中CD44V 6、nm 2 3 H 1、PCNA和bcl 2的表达及其与临床病理的关系。方法 应用免疫组化S P法检测 30例肾细胞癌组织中上述 4项基因蛋白表达的变化。结果 肾细胞癌组织中CD 44V 6、nm 2 3 H 1、PCNA和bcl 2的表达率分别为 2 3 .3 %、5 0 .0 %、6 6 .7%和 36 .7%。CD44V 6、PCNA的高表达与肾细胞癌的脉管浸润密切相关。CD 44V 6的高表达还与组织学类型密切相关。nm 2 3 H 1、bcl 2的表达与肾细胞癌的脉管浸润、组织学类型及组织学分级无关。结论 CD44V 6。

Objective To study the relationship between the expressions of CD44V6、nm23 H1、PCNA、bcl 2 and the clinical pathological characteristic in human renal cell carcinoma(RCC).Methods The expressions of the 4 kinds of protein were examined by S P immunohistochemical technique in 30 cases of renal cell carcinoma tissue.Results The overexpressionrats of CD44V6、nm23 H1、PCNA and bcl 2 in RCC were 23.3%、66.7%、50.0% and 36.7%,respectively.The overexpressions of CD44V6 and PCNA were closely correlated with vascular invasion,and the former was also correlated with histological type in RCC.No relationship was found between the expressions of nm23 H1、bcl 2 and the vascular invasion、histological type、histological degree.Conclusion The overexpressions of CD44V6 and PCNA might be a good indicator for evaluating the prognosis of RCC.
