我国法学教学中案例教学的不足与完善

On Deficiency and Perfection of Case Study in the Legal Teaching in China

案例教学是法学教学的重要组成部分,对我国法学专业教学质量的提高、教育方式的创新、教育模式的改革有着重大的作用。目前我国法学教学以传授理论知识为主,案例教学过程中也存在较多的问题,这就难以达到理想的效果,也与我国培养实用性法律人才不相符合。试针对我国法学教学中案例教学的不足,提出完善我国法学教学中案例教学实施效果的几点建议。

Case Study is taken as one of an important part of legal education , which is of significance to the reform of teaching modes .At present , the legal education in China emphasizes the imparting of theoretical knowledge which is difficult to achieve the desired results .Considering the inadequate of case study , the paper proposes some suggestions on how to perfect the case study in the legal education in China .
