高职院校综合性运动会模式的构建与实践研究

本文针对目前高职院校运动会的"少数人干、多数人看、绝大多数人没事干"的怪象现状,以"健康第一,素质教育,重在参与、展示个性"为原则,以体育和健康为内容,以全校师生员工为主体,以竞赛、表演、讲座、咨询、展示等为形式,以快乐和娱乐为手段,以健身和育人为宗旨,鼓励个人表现,强调团队精神来构建新型综合性运动会的模式,以其为高职院校的课外体育活动的开展提供参考意见。
