足部挤压伤多发骨折螺旋CT诊断价值分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨16排螺旋CT在足部挤压伤多发骨折临床诊断中的应用价值。方法对40例足部挤压伤多发骨折患者行X线检查,并予以16排螺旋CT容积扫描,三维重建成像,分析检查结果。结果 X线片检查可见30例患者足部41处骨折,10例患者X线片检查未见骨折,诊断准确率75.0%(30/40)。16排螺旋CT检查发现39例患者共有48处足部骨折,1例患者高度怀疑骨折,但CT检查未见骨折,诊断准确度为97.5%(39/40),16排螺旋CT扫描和图像重建诊断足部挤压伤多发骨折准确度高于X线片准确度(P<0.05)。结论使用16排螺旋CT容积扫描并三维重建成像,可清晰观察到足部挤压伤部位骨块的空间解剖结构,更直观地展现整复模型,结合二维成像可更方便、准确地诊断足部挤压伤多发骨折。 Objective To investigate the 16 slice spiral CT in the crush of multiple application value in the clinical diagnosis of fracture of foot. Methods 40 cases of foot crush injury of multiple fractures were examined with X-ray examination, and shall be the 16 slice spiral CT volume scanning, 3D reconstruction, analysis of test results. Results X-ray examination showed 30 patients foot 41 fractures, 10 patients of no fracture X-ray examination, the diagnostic accuracy rate of 75% (30/40). The 16 row spiral CT findings of 39 patients with a total of 48 foot fracture, 1 cases of patients with highly suspected fracture, but CT examination no fracture, diagnostic accuracy was 97.5% (39/40), 16 slice spiral CT scanning and image reconstruction in the diagnosis of foot crush fractures accuracy higher than that of X-ray accuracy (P〈0.05). Conclusion Using 16 slice spiral CT volume scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction imaging, can clearly observe the foot pressing space injured parts bone anatomy, more intuitive to show the reduction model, combined with 2D imaging can be more convenient, accurate diagnosis of foot crush fractures.
