179例膝关节镜术患者围手术期护理体会

179 cases of patients with knee arthroscopy peri operation period nursing experience

目的分析和探讨使用关节镜来治疗膝关节疾病患者的手术以后的护理效果。方法对于本院自2011年6月—2013年5月住院治疗的确诊为膝关节疾病的患者共358例临床资料进行回顾性的分析,按照随机的原则分成对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予常规的护理方法,观察组患者则在手术以前、手术以后实施综合护理方法,手术前给予心理护理,并做好各种手术护理准备、手术以后护理以及患者康复后的护理,经过12个月的随机访问,对比两组的不同护理效果。结果经过护理,手术以后患者的膝关节功能恢复都有较大程度的恢复,观察组中达到优良的患者共162例,治疗和护理的优良率为90.5%,明显高于对照组患者(共138例,优良率为77.1%),两组患者治疗和护理的优良率对比,具有明显的差异(χ2=6.394,P<0.05),存在统计学意义。两组患者均没有并发症的发生。结论对于膝关节疾病的患者的关节镜进行手术,系统科学的治疗和护理方法,是促进手术成功的主要环节。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of nursing care with arthroscopy to treat patients with knee diseases after operation. Methods The clinical data of 358 cases in our hospital from 2011 June to 2013 May hospitalized patients diagnosed with knee joint diseases were retrospectively analyzed, in accordance with the principle of randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group given routine nursing method for patients, the observation group patients were comprehensive nursing methods in operation before operation, after operation, given before the psychological nursing, and do all the preparation, operation after operation nursing care and rehabilitation nursing after the random access, after 12 months, the different nursing ef-fects of two groups were compared. Results After the nursing after operation, the knee function recovery of patients have a greater degree of recovery, the observation group in the patients with a total of 162 cases, the excellent and good rate of treatment and nursing care of patients was 90.5%, significantly higher than that of the control group patients （a total of 138 cases, the excellent and good rate was 77.1%, excellent rate two） contrast group patients and nursing the obvious difference （χ2=6.394, P＆lt; 0.05）, there were statistical significance. Two groups of patients had no complications. Conclusion Operation for arthroscopic knee joint disease, treatment and nursing methods of system science, is to promote the main part of successful operation.
