热毒宁治疗急性肠炎发热疗效观察

The observation of therapeutic effects of Reduning injection on the treatment of enteritis fever

目的观察热毒宁治疗腹泻发热的疗效。方法我院急诊2013年1月—2013年12月就诊的肠炎发热患者82例,将患者随机分为观察组(41例)和对照组(41例)。对照组给予对症处理,观察组在对照组的基础上,静脉滴注热毒宁注射液20 mL,1次/d。两组疗程均为3d。结果观察组治愈36例,好转4例,无效1例;对照组治愈23例,好转9例,无效9例。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液治疗急性肠炎发热疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of Reduning on the treatment of enteritis fever. Methods 82 cases of enteritis fever pa-tients in our hospital emergency from January 2013 to December were divided into treatment group and control group randomly, 41 cases of control group were given treatment according to their symptoms, and 41 cases of treatment group were given Reduning in-jection 20 mL s.i.d. based on control group treatment. Either group had 3 days of treatment. Results Treatment group： 36 cases cured, 4 cases improved, 1 case with no effect. Control group：23 cases cured, 9 cases improved, 9 cases with no effect. There are significant differences statistically in comparison between any two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Reduning injection has significant therapeutic effects on the treatment of enteritis fever.
