中西医结合治疗骨结核57例临床观察

目的对应用中西医结合方式对患有骨结核疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法以2011年9月—2013年9月间我院收治的114例骨结核疾病患者作为研究对象,将其按照入院时间顺序分成对照组与治疗组,分别接受单纯西医治疗和中西医结合方式展开治疗,而后对这两组患者的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果治疗组患者骨结核疾病治疗效果明显优于对照组;骨结核症状表现消失时间和药物治疗方案实施总时间明显短于对照组;药物原因导致的不良反应明显少于对照组。结论应用中西医结合方式对患有骨结核疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Objective application Integrative approach for patients suffering from bone tuberculosis disease clinical effects of treatment implementation research. Methods Between September 2011 to September 2013 in our hospital 114 cases of bone tu-berculosis disease patients for the study, which was in accordance with the chronological order of admission into a control group and the treatment group were treated with western medicine and integrative medicine approach to start treatment, then the clinical efficacy of these two groups of patients were analyzed. Results The in patients treated with bone tuberculosis treatment effect was significantly better than the control group; bone tuberculosis symptoms disappear time and drug treatment programs to implement the total time was significantly shorter than in the control group; adverse drug reactions cause significantly less than the control group. Conclusion The clinical effect in patients with integrative medicine approach to the implementation of the treatment of bone tuberculosis disease is very obvious.
