乳腺癌患者围术期的心理护理

Perioperative psychological care for breast cancer patients

目的研究乳腺癌病人围术期的心理护理应用效果,分析心理护理方法。方法选取经我院治疗的乳腺癌患者80例,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,给予对照组常规护理,给予观察组围术期心理护理,比较治疗结果、手术依从性和住院时间。结果经过一段时间的精心护理后,观察组总有效率为97.5%,明显优于对照组(80.0%),且观察组38例患者积极配合治疗,对照组29例配合治疗,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围术期心理护理可有效减轻乳腺癌患者不良情绪,提升患者手术配合度,有助于提升治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To study of breast cancer patients perioperative psychological care application results, analysis of psycholog-ical care methods. Methods After hospital treatment of breast cancer patients, 80 cases were randomly divided into observation group and the control group received usual care control group, given the observation group perioperative psychological care, com-paring treatment outcomes, adherence surgery and hospitalization time . Results After a period of intensive care, observation group total effective rate was 97.5%, obviously better than the control group （80.0%）, and actively cooperate with treatment, the observa-tion group 38 cases in control group, 29 cases with treatment with significant difference statistically significant （P〈0.05）;Two groups have significant difference comparing statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Perioperative psychological care of pa-tients with breast cancer can effectively reduce negative emotions, improve with the degree of surgical patients, help to improve the treatment results in improving the quality of life for patients.
