中西医结合治疗异位妊娠临床观察

Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of ectopic pregnancy clinical observation

目的观察中西医结合治疗异位妊娠临床疗效。方法将异位妊娠158例随机分为观察组80例和治疗组78例。两组均采用甲氨蝶呤1mg/kg肌注一次性给药,米非司酮25mg,每日口服2次,用3 d。观察组在上述治疗基础上加用中药治疗。观察比较两组疗效。结果观察组血β-HCG下降至正常时间快,腹痛消失天数短,包块直径缩小50%的时间短,阴道流血停止时间短,成功率高,两组比较差异均有统计学意义。结论中西医结合治疗异位妊娠安全有效,是异位妊娠保守治疗的很好方案。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 158 cases of ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into observation group 80 cases and the treatment group 80 examples. Two groups all use methotrexate 1 mg/kg intramuscular injection of disposable, 25 mg, mifepristone orally twice daily, in 3 days. Observe group on the basis of the above treatment and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. Compare two groups of curative effect. Results Observation group blood beta HCG dropped to normal time is fast, abdominal pain disappeared, shorter days, bag piece diameter to reduce 50%of the time is short, vaginal bleeding stop time is short, high success rate, the more similar between the two groups have statistical significance. Conclusion Combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of ectopic pregnancy is safe and effective, is ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment is very good.
