摘要
[目的]解决金花茶组培苗瓶内生根困难的问题。[方法]以金花茶无根试管苗为试验材料,进行试管外生根培养时的生根剂、扦插基质研究。[结果]金花茶试管外生根培养时适宜的生根剂为200 mg/L IBA,基质用黄泥:泥炭土(3∶1,V/V),浸泡10 min,生根效果可达到85%。[结论]金花茶试管外生根的方法具有一定的可行性。
[ Objective] To solve the difficulty for golden camellia' s tissue culture seedling to root inside a test tube. [ Method ] By using golden camellia' s rootless test-tube plantlet as experimental material, the rooting agents and cuttage media that are adopted for outside-tube rooting culture of that tube plantlet were studied. [ Result] The experimental result suggests that IBA 200 mg/L is the suitable rooting agent outside the tube and the cuttage media are yellow mud: peat soil (3:1, V/V). Regarding operational method, a 10-minute soak can generate a rooting effect of 85%. [ Conclusion] Non-tube rootage for golden camellia is feasible.
