The paper set forth the study on the practice of controlling Myzus persicae by using Aphidius gifuensis （Aphidiidae） in Chuxiong in recent years, as well as practice progress of improving tobacco leaf safety. The study summarizes the promotion, innovation and shortcomings of the technology in Chuxiong. The improvement measures were put forward, which will lay a foundation for promoting tobacco green pest control techniques.
