摘要
[目的]研究不同条件下原烟含水率对烟叶质量及重量的影响。[方法]以不同含水率的初烤烟叶为试验材料,对不同条4q-T不同含水率的烟叶进行破碎、损耗和霉变等现象发生程度进行分析。[结果]试验得出,不同条件下不同烟叶含水率对烟叶的重量及质量有极大的影响,烟叶含水率16%~18%时,便于烟叶分级、交售及短期储存;含水率小于14%时,不利于烟叶的运输、分级等操作,对烟叶质量、数量也有影响;含水率大于19%时,烟叶重量虽有增加,但对质量造成极其不良影响。[结论]研究得出,为减少烟叶损耗和保证烟叶的质量,实现其商品价值最大化,必须在不同的阶段在适宜的烟叶含水率范围进行生产、运输和储存。
[ Objective] To study effects of moisture content on tobacco quality and weight under different conditions. [ Method ] With fluecured tobacco containing different moisture content as test material, the occurrence degree of breakage, loss and mildew was analyzed. [ Result] Different moisture content under various conditions has extremely significance on tobacco quality and weight. 16% - 18% moisture con- tent is convenient for tobacco grading, marketing and short period storage; moisture content 〈 14% is not convenient for transportation and grading; moisture content 〉 19% has adverse effect on quality. [ Conclusion ] In order to reduce tobacco loss and guarantee tobacco quality, realize the value maximization, the production, transportation and storage should be carried out within appropriate range of moisture content.
