摘要
L-鼠李糖作为一种微量糖广泛分布于植物中,是食品加工中常用的甜味剂之一,还可用于生产香精香料。研究发现,L-鼠李糖还可以诱导酵母甘露聚糖提高在动物机体中α-甘露糖苷酶的活性,显示出良好的药用价值。一方面介绍了L-鼠李糖的制备方法及应用的研究情况,另一方面根据L-鼠李糖的化学性质及测定原理,结合近年来L-鼠李糖含量检测研究领域中的最新研究成果,综述了L-鼠李糖的检测方法,并重点从薄层色谱发(TLC)、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)及二硝基水杨酸法(DNS)等几方面介绍L-鼠李糖的定性、定量检测方法,并对各种检测方法的优缺点进行了比较。
L-rhamnosc as a trace sugar is widely distributed in plants, it' s one of the common sweeteners in food processing, it also can be used in the production of flavor and fragrance. The study found that L-rhamnose induced yeast mannan can improve α-mannosidase activity in animal body, and show a good medicinal value. On the one hand the research situation about preparation method and application of L-rhamnose was introduced, on the other hand, according to the chemical properties and determination principle of L-rhamnose, combined with the latest achievements, the detection methods of L-rhamnose were reviewed, qualitative, quantitative detection method of L-rhamnose were intro- duced from aspects of TLC, HPLC, DNS and other aspects, the advantages and disadvantages of various detecting technologies were compared.
