摘要
分析了教师实践性知识的涵义与内容,认为实践性知识培养是师范院校适应新型知识观特点和教师专业成长的需要,也是提高师范生就业和教学能力的重要措施。探讨了《中学生物实验教学研究》的课程开发、课程实施问题,建议采用案例式、体验式、微格微课等教学方法,以促进中学生物教师实践性知识的培养。
The connotation and content of teachers practical knowledge were analyzed. It was thought that the cultivation of teachers' practical knowledge is an vital measure for normal students to conform to the characteristics of the new concept of knowledge in normal schools and to cater to the need of professional development for high-school teachers. In addition, it can also increase the student employ ratio and improve the students' teaching ability. The problems in creation and implementation of Biology Experiment and Teaching Research in Middle School was discussed, teaching methods such as case type, experience type, micro class were proposed, so as to promote culture of middle school biology teachers' practical knowledge.
