Prof. Feng Xinghua's Experience on the Treatment of Fibromyalgia Syndrome

冯兴华教授认为纤维肌痛综合征属痹证之周痹、气痹，多因情志失调，肝气郁结，气血不畅，脉络瘀滞而发病。治以舒肝解郁通痹，用丹栀逍遥散加香附治疗，疗效显著。

Prof. Feng Xinghua considered that the fibromyalgia syndrome is attributed to the category of“ Zhou－ bi” and“ Qi－ bi” syndrome in TCM,and is caused by the emotional disorder,stagnation of liver－ qi,impediment of qi and blood circulation and obstruction of collaterals.The therapeutical principles of releasing stagnated liver－ qi and relieving obstruction should be applied,and Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder added with Rhizoma Cyperi exerts a good curative effect.
