摘要 针对某地超贫铁矿石,在矿石特性研究基础上,进行了常规破碎-干式预选试验和高压辊磨超细碎-干式预选试验。确定了常规破碎-干式预选试验的适宜预选粒度为-2mm,预选精矿铁品位为19.92%,抛尾率84.15%。高压辊磨机-2mm产品的干式预选精矿铁品位为38.92%,抛尾率94.87%,可大幅减少后续磨机处理量。 This article is aiming to study the pre-separation of one ultra-poor iron magnetite ore which has extremely low grade,and complex mineral composition.A fully study on ore characteristics was carried out,followed by dry pre-selection tests conducted on both conventional crushed products and high pressure grinding roller products.It’s identified that the optimal magnetite particle size for conventional crushing-dry-type pre-selection test is -2 mm, and primary concentrates produced in this way achieve 19.92% iron grade and 84.15% tailings discarding rate.For primary concentrates produced by high pressure grinding roller-dry-type pre-separation test where magnetite with -2mm particle size is used, its Fe grade is 38.92% and tailings discarding rate is 94.87%.The follow-up workload for mills can be significantly reduced by using high pressure grinding roller technology.
