慢性浅表性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者的胃排空功能分析

Gastric Evacuation Activity in Cases of Chronic Superficial with Pi－wei Damp－heat

目的：观察研究慢性浅表性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者的胃排空功能。方法：采用不透 X线标记物－钡条法观察治疗前后的胃排空情况。结果：脾胃湿热证患者餐后 3小时的胃排空率低于正常人，但高于脾虚证患者。治疗后，脾胃湿热证患者的胃排空率明显提高，但仍低于正常人。有上腹饱胀、或便秘、或嗳气、恶心者的胃排空率明显低于无这些症状的患者。脾胃湿热证患者中 HP阳性者与 HP阴性者的胃排空率无差异。结论：脾胃湿热证患者存在胃肠动力障碍，与某些典型症状有关，但与 HP感染无关。

Objective:To observe the gastric evacuation activity in the cases of chronic superficial gastritis with pi－wei damp－heat.Methods:Barium X－ray examination was applied to observe the gastric evacuation activity before and after treatment.Results:It was shown that the gastric evacuation rate (GER) of the cases with pi－wei damp－heat was lower than that of the normal but higher than that of apleen－deficiency syndrome.After treatment,the GER of the cases was markedly increased but was still lower than that of the normal.Those with upper abdominal fullness,or constipation,or belching and nausea had a lower GER as compared with those without the above symptoms,but the GER was not different between those with HP positive and with HP negative.Conclusion:Gastrointestinal dyskinesia is present in the cases of chronic superficial gastritis with pi－wei damp－heat,which is related to some typical symptoms but unrelated to HP infection.
