摘要
在深入分析应急管理系统构成的基础上,充分考虑应急管理系统的地理空间特性,基于VRGIS平台插件式架构展开智能应急指挥系统的建设研究。对火灾、地震、交通事故等灾害的应急指挥进行了功能构思,旨在提高应急指挥过程中的资源配置效率。
Fully consider the geographical characters of emergence command system based on the deep analysis of its structure, the construction of intelligent emergency command system was carried out on VRGIS platform, which was plug-in architecture. At the same time, the realization of 3D dynamic real-time simulation of dif erent disaster was conceived, including fire disaster, earthquake, traffic accident and so on, in order to improve the efficiency of resources allocation during the emergency command.
