心力神治疗扩张型心肌病的临床观察

A Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Congestive Cardiomyopathy by Xin Li Shen

目的：观察中药制剂心力神对扩张型心肌病 (DCM)的治疗效果。方法：应用心力神合常规西药治疗，观察前后的临床症状、心功能分级以及左右心功能等指标，并与常规西药治疗对照组进行对比。结果：心力神组的总有效率为 93. 8％，高于对照组的 58. 3％ (P < 0. 05)。心力神组与对照组的左心排指数 (LCI)、右心排指数 (RCI)、左室喷血分数 (EF)、右室等容指数 (RCRI)、左室等容指数 (LCRI)、肺毛细血管楔压平均压 (PWAPM)及左室舒张末期压力 (LVDP)等各项心功能指标均较治疗前有改善 (均 P < 0. 05)。并且，心力神的 RCI、 LCI及 EF值均较对照组为高 (P < 0. 05)。结论：心力神能改善 DCM患者的左右心功能。

Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese herbal preparation Xin Li Shen for dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM).Methds:Clinical symptoms,stage of cardiac function and cardiac functions of the right and left heart were observed in DCM cases treated by Xin Li Shen combined with routine western medicine before and after treatment,with a group of cases treated by routine western medicine only as control.Results:The total effective rate of Xin Li Shen group is 93. 8％ ,which is markedly higher than that of control group (58. 3％， P < 0. 05).The left ventricular ejection index (LCI) right ventricular ejection index (RCI),left venticular ejection farction (EF),right venticular isovolumetric index,left ventricular isovolumetric index,average wedge pressure of pulmonary capillaries and left ventricular end－ diastolic pressure were markedly improved than before treatment, (P < 0. 05).The RCI,LCI and EF in Lin Li Shen group were higher than those of control group (P < 0. 05).Conclusion:Xin Li Shen can improve the left and right cardiac function in DCM.
