Research progress on B-type natriuretic peptide and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide and their application in cardiovascular disease

利钠肽(BNP)是一类多肽类神经内分泌激素,广泛表达于人体的心、脑、肺等重要组织和器官。BNP/N-末端利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)作为一个重要的生物学标志物,在心血管疾病的诊断、治疗、危险分层及预后评估中发挥重要作用。该文综述BNP/NT-proBNP的分子生物学特征、实验室检测、使用价值及临床应用的研究进展和临床新知识。

B-type natriuretic peptide （ BNP） is a kind of polypeptide neuroendocrine hormone .It has been wildly expressed in human heart , brain, lung and other important tissues and organs .BNP and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide（NT-proBNP） could be used as an important biological markers which play important roles in the diagnosis, treatment, risk stratification and prognosis of patients in cardiovascular disease .This paper reviews new research advance and new recognition on BNP and NT-proBNP, and its features of molecular biology , Laboratory de-tection technology , used value and clinical application .
