摘要
小型水库是当前重要的水利基础设施之一。加强小型水库管理,是确保安全运行的关键。分析了芗城区小型水库在工程设施、运行管理、开发利用等方面存在的问题,并提出改善管理的对策。
Small reservoir is one of the important water conservancy infrastructure, strengthening the management of small scale reservoir, is to ensure the safe operation of small reservoirs, small reservoirs for promoting benign key, this paper analyses the small reservoir of Xiangcheng in engineering facilities, operation and management, development and utilization of the existing problems, and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the management of small reservoirs in Xiangcheng.
