学科评估体系的建立对学科整体发展起着至关重要的作用。当前学科评估建设中存在的办学资源不足、指标体系缺乏前瞻性等问题,促使基于投入——产出比的新型重点学科绩效评估体系的建立尽早提上日程。为达到全面评估学科建设成效的目的,评估体系在施行过程中应注意结果绩效和过程绩效同时兼顾,全方位构建评估指标以及兼顾绩效评估的成效和效率等问题。

Establishing the subject evaluation system plays a vital role in the overall development of discipline. Now, the evaluation construction of subjects has many problems, such as a lack of educational resources, a lack of foresight of index system, and so on. That urges us to establish the performance evaluation system of new key subjects based on input--output ratio as soon as possible. In order to achieving a comprehensive assessment of the effects of discipline construction, we should pay attention to both the result performance and process performance in the implementation process, and pay attention to the effectiveness and efficiency of the full range of constructing the evaluation index and the performance evaluation.
