摘要
针对浮头式换热器的腐蚀现象,分析了造成腐蚀的多种原因,指出冷凝水的氧腐蚀应是主要因素。并给出了控制和解决氧腐蚀的几种方法。
Pressure vessels periodical inspection found floating head heat exchanger condensate outlet near the corrosion perforation, analysis of the characteristics of the site of perforation and corrosion products of view, think oxygen corrosion is the main factor causing perforation, main measures are proposed to deal with the oxygen corrosion.
