埃索美拉唑联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的效果观察

Effects of esomeprazole combined with mosapride citrate on reflux esophagitis

目的探讨埃索美拉唑联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎（RE）的临床效果。方法选择2011年3月至2013年3月广州市南沙区第六人民医院收治的RE患者87例。完全随机分为2组：观察组45例，服用埃索美拉唑20mg，2次／d，同时服用枸橼酸莫沙必利5mg，3次／d；对照组42例，服用奥美拉唑20mg，2次／d。2组疗程均为4周，疗程结束后比较2组临床症状和胃镜下的总体疗效。结果治疗4周后，观察组临床症状改善的总有效率为93．3％（42／45），明显高于对照组[78．6％（33／42），P〈0．05]，2组患者治疗后内镜改善情况比较观察组总有效率[88．9％（40／45）]明显高于对照组76．2％（32／42），P〈0．05]。结论埃索美拉唑联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗RE有可以有效缓解患者的临床症状，促进炎症愈合．

Objective To evaluate the clinical benefit effect of esomeprazole combined with mosapride citrate in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods Eighty-seven cases of reflux esophagitis patients were divided into two groups. Observation group （45 cases）took esomeprazole and mosapride eitrate; control group （42 cases） had omeprazole. The two groups were treated for 4 weeks. The total effect of clinical symptoms in two groups and endoscopic findings after the end of treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of clinical symptoms in observation group[93.3% （42/45）] was significantly higher than that in con- trol group[ 78.6% （ 33/42 ） ] （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the improved signs of endoscopic total efficiency in obversation group [ 88.9% （40/45） ] was significantly higher than that in the control group （76.2%） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Esomeprazole combined with mosapride citrate has a significant effect on the treatment of reflux esophagitis ; they can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with inflammation and prnmote healing.
