异维A酸治疗男性雄激素性脱发效果及对雄激素受体的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨异维A酸口服治疗男性雄激素性脱发(AGA)及对雄激素受体(AR)的影响。方法选择大连市皮肤病医院门诊AGA患者40例(观察组),均给予异维A酸软胶囊服用12周,检测治疗前后患者血清中AR水平并计数局部头皮处毛发数量及前额角发际位置。设健康体检者10例作为对照组并检测其血清AR值。结果对照组的AR水平为(407±144)ng/L,观察组治疗前后血清AR水平分别为(419±154)、(379±152)ngL;对照组与观察组治疗前后AR水平及观察组治疗前后AR水平差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。治疗前后观察组患者右侧前额角发际处直径2mm固定部位毛发计数值差异有统计学意义[(6.9±1.8)根比(8.1±2.3)根,P〈0.05],右眉弓最高点至有侧前额角发际处最高点距离差异有统计学意义[(8±4)cm比(8±3)cm,P〈0.05]。结论异维A酸口服治疗男性AGA有效,但对血清AR无影响. Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of isotretinoin via oral administration on male androgenic alopecia(AGA) and its influence on androgen receptor (AR) count. Methods All 40 cases of AGA patients (as observation group) in Dalian skin disease hospital were administered with isotretinoin soft capsules for duration of 12 weeks. The serum AR level in juxtaposition with the topical scalp hair count and hairli^e position were then compared and evaluated. Ten healthy individuals acted as the control group and serum AR levels were recorded. Results The serum AR level of the control group was (407 ± 144) ng/L. Differences of serum AR levels between the control group and the observation group had statistical differences (P 〉 0.05 ). The fixed topical scalp hair count of the observation group before and after treatment were statistically different [ ( 6.9 ± 1.8 ), (8, 1 ± 2, 3 ), P 〈 0. 05 ], Conclusion Oral administration of Isotretinoin is clinically effective as a treat- ment of male AGA, but it does not have any influence on the serum AR level.
