基于胜任力模型的应用型物流人才培养研究——以广西北部湾为例

高等教育由精英教育转向大众化教育,应用型人才的培养是一个值得研究的课题。地方性高校是培养应用型人才的主阵地,应结合广西北部湾对物流人才的需求,构建基于胜任力的应用型物流人才培养模型。应分析物流人才的胜任能力,为应用型物流人才的培养提供参考。

Higher education is transferred from elite education to mass one, which makes applied talents a subject worthy of study. Along with the Guangxi Beibu Gulf increasing demand for logistics talent , Localcolleges, which is the main front to bring up applicationoriented talents, should develop constructed applied logistics training model based on competency through analy zing logistics talent competency from four aspects to provide a reference for the applied logistics talent training.
