摘要
本文基于有限单元法,利用弹性力学中的平面应力问题,对直齿齿轮进行了不同网格数量的划分,并分析了齿轮面内各单元节点的应力与变形,以及外部荷载与材料参数的变化对齿轮的应力与变形的影响。该方法获得了直齿齿轮较为精确的位移场与应力场,为直齿齿轮的设计与分析、MATLAB的机械仿真研究提供了理论依据。
Based on the finite element method, and elastic mechanics in plane stress problem, meshed spur gears different number, and analyzes the changes instress and deformation of the gear's each node, as well as the impact of tress and deformation under the change of external loads and material parameters. The way to get a more precise displacement and stress fields of spur gears for the design and analysis of spur gears provide a theoretical basis.
