P53和Pgp检测对大肠肿瘤患者化疗及预后的评估

The Evaluation of P53, Pgp on Chemotherapy and Clinical Prognosis in Advanced Colorectal Cancer Patients

目的探讨P5 3、Pgp相关性及其对进展期大肠肿瘤患者化疗及预后的影响。 方法 3 8例进展期大肠肿瘤患者标本 ,通过免疫组化技术检测P5 3、Pgp表达情况 ,所有患者均经临床密切随访。 结果 3 8例患者中 ,P5 3表达阳性为 2 3例 ,阴性 15例 ,Pgp表达阳性 18例 ,阴性 2 0例 ,二者均阳性者为 15例。将患者分为化疗组及对照组后发现 ,化疗组P5 3、Pgp阳性率明显高于对照组 ,且二者均阳性者 ,局部复发率或转移率可达 73 .3 3 % ( 11/ 15 ) ,明显高于二者均阴性者 ( 16.7% ,2 / 12 )。 结论P5 3、Pgp有一定相关性 ,二者均阳性表达者临床预后差 ,且Pgp的表达与临床化疗亦有一定关联。

Objective To evaluate the relationship between P53 and Pgp and their influence on chemotherapy and clinical prognosis in patients with advanced colorectal cancer. 38 patients with advanced colorectal cancer underwent surgical operation. Immunohistochemistry technique was used to detect P53, Pgp expression. All cases were closely followed up. 23 of 38 cases were P53 positive, 18 were Pgp positive and 15 cases were both positive. When patients were divided into 2 groups according to administration of preoperative chemotherapy or not (chemo group vs control group), the positive rate of P53 and Pgp was higher in the chemo group than in the control group. Local recurrence or distal metastasis was somewhat higher in the P53, Pgp positive group than in the both negative group. P53 has some relationship with Pgp. Patients being both (P53, Pgp) positive may have a poor prognosis and Pgp expression may be related to the application of chemotherapy.
