非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变的血流动力学分析

目的探讨血流动力学因素在非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变 (nonarteriticanteriorischemicopticneuropathy ,NAION )发生中的作用。 方法对NAION患者 48例 5 0只眼和非NAION患者 5 0例 5 0只眼的肱动脉压、眼动脉压和眼压进行比较。结果NAION组的肱动脉、眼动脉收缩压和舒张压均显著低于非NAION组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而眼压显著高于非NAION组 (P <0 .0 5 )。眼动脉收缩压和舒张压与眼压之差均显著低于非NAION组(P <0 .0 1)。结论相对的低血压。

ObjectiveTo investigate the function of blood flow dynamic factors in nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy(NAION).MethodsThe brachial artery blood pressure, optic artery blood pressure and intraocular pressure (IOP) in 48 patients (50 eyes) with NAION and 50 patients (50 eyes) without NAION were comparatively studied.ResultsBoth the systolic and diastolic pressure of the brachial artery and optic artery in NAION group were significantly lower than those in non NAION group (P< 0.05 ), while the IOP in the NAION group was significantly higher than that in non-NAION group (P< 0.05 ).Both the differences between the optic artery systolic pressure and IOP and bwteen the optic artery diastolic pressure and IOP in NAION group were significantly lower than those in non NAION group (P< 0.01 ).ConclusionThe relative hypotension and high IOP, and the imbalance between the optic artery blood pressure and IOP were the important causes in
