月经不调辅以心理干预治疗的临床疗效

The Clinical Efficacy of Adjunctive Therapy of Psychological Intervention for Irregular Menstruation

目的探究月经不调辅以心理干预的临床疗效观察。方法选自2011年9月—2013年9月在该院诊治的月经不调患者72例,按随机数字表方法分成两组,36例/组,予孕激素和雄激素的周期治疗等常规方法作对照组,予常规方法辅助心理干预作研究组,分析两组疗效、治疗前后的抑郁和焦虑情况。结果研究组有效率高于对照组,比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且干预后研究组抑郁和焦虑评分均比对照组分低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对月经不调患者予心理护理干预,能明显改善患者抑郁和焦虑心态及具有一定的临床疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of psychological intervention as the adjunctive therapy for irregular men-struation. Methods The data of 72 patients with irregular menstruation diagnosed and treated in our hospital from September, 2011 to September, 2013 were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table with 36 patients in each. The conventional treatment such as progesterone and androgen cycle treatment and so on was given to the control group, conventional treatment combined with psychological intervention was given to the study group. The efficacy, the depression and anxiety before and after the treatment of both groups were analyzed. Results The efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. And the depression scores and anxiety scores of the study group after in-tervention were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psycholog-ical nursing intervention for patients with irregular menstruation can significantly improve the depression and anxiety of the pa-tients with certain clinical efficacy.
